Using a wheelbarrow
Using a wheelbarrow doesn't have to feel unstable or unwieldy. All you need to remember is to keep your arms straight when lifting or moving the wheelbarrow. This makes you use the center of your body instead of your upper body to stabilize the wheelbarrow.
To keep heavy or awkward loads manageable, straighten your arms, bend your knees slightly and keep your center low to the ground. Make your skeleton do the work instead of your upper body!
